No student should ever be discriminated against for who they are. At The Barnett Foundation, we ensure that students who have been victimized get the justice they deserve by providing them and their families with unwavering legal support with our legal services in education law.

During a legal dispute or violation of a student's rights, we will always attempt to provide support in the mediation process between a family and a school/school district however, we are always prepared and equipped to connect families with respected legal counsel wishing to take legal action against a school district.
