The Barnett Foundation is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity committed to protecting student’s right to religious expression and protecting students victim of religious discrimination

Our Programs
Our Mission
Every day students in the public school system face persecution for their religious beliefs and are not protected by their educators and school district administrators. The Barnett Foundation looks to support religious rights in schools in accordance with the Florida Student and School Personnel Religious Liberties Act (FL Statute 1002.206) and The First Amendment of The United States Constitution

The Barnett Foundation supports students, families, and local nonprofits through the Barnett Grant program, which provides funding to those in need as well as our Legal Affairs Program, which provides legal assistance to individuals facing religious discrimination in school
