Our Mission
Every day students in the public school system face discrimination for who they are. Since 2023, The Barnett Foundation has managed over 20 student discrimination cases with a 100% settlement success rate

The Barnett Foundation supports students, families, and local nonprofits through the Barnett Grant program, which provides funding to those in need as well as our Legal Affairs Program, which provides legal assistance to individuals facing discrimination in school
